FAQ

Ocean Freight questions

What is the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL means your cargo uses a whole container. LCL means it shares a container with other shippers, which suits smaller volumes.

What documents are needed?

Usually a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Some goods need extra permits or certificates, which we confirm before booking.
